Payment for services is required at the time of your appointment, as we do not bill insurance directly. This approach allows us to offer personalized, high-quality care without the restrictions often imposed by insurance providers.
If your insurance covers our services, we’re happy to provide the necessary documentation so you can submit a reimbursement claim.

Grove Integrative Medicine offers packages for various services for all return patients. Packages are bundled visits for each service and must be purchased at the time of the first visit. Package purchases are non-refundable and cannot be combined with other packages or services.

Returned check fee: $25
No show/cancellation fee (if canceled < 48 hour before your appointment): 50% of the fee that would be billed for your originally scheduled time.
Are Labs Covered?
It is the patient’s responsibility to check with their insurance provider to determine whether lab work ordered by a Naturopathic Doctor is covered under their plan.
We are not covered by Medicare, so Medicare patients must either go through their primary physician for lab work or pay out of pocket through an online or local lab.
For those without insurance or who prefer to pay out of pocket, we partner with cash-based labs that offer significantly discounted rates—providing an affordable option for essential lab testing.
